I love this pedal can't wait till i get my epi next week....so i can have a better guitar to use it with.... I Just uploaded 49 patches to the user bank hahaha
Tested out the recording this weekend.... came out a little low so time to read the manual and find out why it wasn't recording at a good volume
Hit shift, then hit the usb 1-2 level button. Then dial up the volume as you strum so you can see the recording level on your computer.
You can do this via X-Edit, as well.
Don't forget that you don't wanna max out your levels while recording because you still have to mix all your parts. You can always raise the levels later - it's easier to do without risk of clipping, and assuming 24-bit recording resolution, it won't alter your tone noticeably.
yeah i have to read hehehe.... will digitech send me a manual for pro tracks since i never received one with my purchase... i'm not sure if one was supposed to come with it or not but i wouldn't mind having a paper copy of that as well
sweet thanks I'll post my song later after i get it completely done to where i'm happy with it.. i have a friend who will be doing the vocals... and i'll record both guitar tracks and bass track... and simulate drum tracks... now with the 3k do i need a bass to record those tracks :P
yeah rather have paper hehe so i can read it on my breaks and stuff at work which i'm doing with the 3k manual hahaha I can't wait till i get good with this
