Anyone into hardware mods on old Analog stomp boxes ?

Heard there a lot of folk that mod their older Analog boxes. Would love to hear your experiences and if possible before/after clips.

My Rockman Ultimatum Distortion and Acoustic Guitar Pedals are fine IMO with mod candidates maybe on the other dozen or so brands. Mods can also be external unorthodox use and pedal connections within a rack. Here are sites devoted to pedal mods.
