PATCH DOWNLOADS

Where do I find patch downloads? I just installed the X-edit software
and am now looking for patches other people have created.

Thanks iliace. Ilike that some people have posted sound clips
but dont like the download method being in text. I also have a
podxt and the patch site lets you put a patch right in the pedal
so there is no editing.

It might be you're d/l'g the wrong file, or perhaps using it wrong...when you open a patch with the GNX Preset Viewer, you get a text layout of the patch. When you open it in XEdit (or GenEdit, if you're a GNX3 user), you get a patch that is not only modifiable but can be loaded directly to your GNX (assuming it's properly conn'd to the puter...)

options, just opens text.

Right-click and save - they're XML files, so yes they're in text format.
