can someone help me figure out why some of the presets I get from guitar one or guitar world don't work on my pedal. I messed around with the volume and still nothing. Pearl Jam's Alive and some of the Van Halen patches don't seem to work. Any one else having this problem?

go the efx section of the editor, look at the master preset volume level. It's default from GW G1 mag patches may be set to zero. Just bump it up
