PTP wont open up

Hello everyone. I've been away from all things music including the PC and Pro Tracks. Sat down to the computer to see what I was working on and when PTP opens up it tells me that there is no \"Control surface DLL installed\". Looking in to it I find that a DLL is a \"Dynamic Library Link\". That doesnt help me, I know little about these so called computing machines. A couple of days before I had removed an unused program that wasnt being used and taking up space. Is it possible I Xed a needed little chunk of info? I've already reinstalled PTP but no luck. Anyone know whats going on? Thanks.

    Well, the guys at Digitech came through again. Turns out I had another Cakewalk program half uninstalled that was interfering with the control surfaces of PTP. You know I gotta say the product support at Digitech is outstanding. I bought this GNX 4 used and after about 2 months it went belly up. Digitech fixed it for me no charge except for the $28 to ship it to them. From the way it looked they replaced the whole board. It even had new protector film on it, although whoever worked on the unit scatched it up quite a bit. Digitech Rocks! :D
