Rock jam (my recording and a backing track for you)

I am having uploading to GNX3000 over on Digitech Sound community.

So here is a link to a Jam I composed over the Blues Rock Backing Track I posted. Used GNX3000 LGCYSOLO and Lukesolo patches to create this.

Here is my jam:

gotta get me one of those
  • thx Danny

I am truly loving the versatility of GNX3000. I can set up and record n minutes. In fact I did this take in 15 minutes and uploaded...love it

    Plus tones are good.

How does the tone I get on this recording compare to tube amps????---I think it is coparing good for dynamics (but my ears get used to tone and hard for me to judge)...Should I add more effects maybe more delay or reverb. What do you think?
  • The right Tube setup wails over anything to me.( just my opinion  ) I saw Eric Johnson in Santa Fe a few years back...HOLY $HITE that guys amps were so friggin sweet. But thats apples to oranges...the gnx product is a diffrent animal 8) I think your effects are tasteful enough, I find that tone and dynamics are all in your finger strength the ability to grab a set of strings and really get on top of the notes command each note you play with ashurance. all my friends that play leads that I admire have a very strong grip :? thats not the right word :? but thay have much better command of a note than it seems I ever will. But I keep on tryin  It sounds like you are well on your way to achieving that goal. Peace out Jammon!
