Forgive me if this is in the manual but I can't seem to find it.

How do you create multiple loops in a song? I can't figure out how to loop, say 4 bars for 3 times then go on to the next bars.

I'm not aware of a way to set a fixed number of loops when looping is enabled; it will loop continuously between the yellow loop markers. The best way to do this is with Groove Clips. Turn what you want to loop into a groove clip (right click, Groove Clip Looping), then you can just drag the end of the clip out to create as many repetitions as you want. Groove clips can do a lot more; you can change their tempo and pitch: Clip Properties->Groove Clips tab and the Loop Construction view give you access to all the groove clip parameters.

The non-Groove Clip way to do what you want is turn snap to grid on, probably whole measure, select the clip(s) in the track(s) you want to repeat and just copy and paste specifying the number of repetitions you want.
