GNX3 to GNX4

I bort the gnx supermodels MFX for my old gnx3, I sold my old unit and got the gnx4. I have the preset converter but only about 1/3 convertered sucessfully. the others said Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Can anyone help me, convert them successfully?? so i dont have to buy the cd again!
