switching from a floyd to a fixed pridge - is it possible?

i posted this elsewhere, but i'll try starting a new thread. i have an old ibanez with a floyd. is it possible with that big hole there to switch to a fixed bridge?

I was considering the same thing a while back. Check out Carvin. I think they have a bridge that fits the same hole. Others might be available too?

you can place a block of wood in there to immobolize the bridge - google it.
