I've looked all over this place. In the Patch Review section I see people talking about posting a patch but I can't find them for the life of me. ???

I have downloaded from there before. I thought there might be something here I was missing. Although I don't get all the bouncing around just to get a little info. Maybe I don't understand the format of this site but I would have thought they'd be posted here.
