Nice chops as well...
Looking forward to some more...
See Ya,
Tal
The most important thing i've found lately out of all the books and practice i've had was...\"Make sure you play everyday! no matter what it is, otherwise you can wind up losing months of practice and in some cases years\".
I found this to be entirely true! I don't know how to explain it but buy \"Fretboard Logics SE\" and read the whole thing, it's quite unbelievable how diffrently you will look at the guitar. I thought this would be some good advice to pass along as I got it from someone else and it was the best advice imo yet.
As far as my chops, yeah i need to tighten up a bit more and get down with some more theory.lol, I haven't really studied theory up until last year and i've been playing for some 15-20 years now, so as you can hear i'm kinda lost as to where my solos are going and what key i'm playing in, and i also need lots more practice before i even attempt arpeggios! lol
I used a Behringer T1952 Tube composer (im gonna change the stock tubes in these soon), BBE 882i, Digitech GNX3000 and firebox direct. I should also mention I used the Yngweez patch from guitar3456, thanks!
Thanks again for the kind words! peace out! 8)
ps- how did it sound soundwise? i'm trying to get the EQ correct it's dam hard!
Darn fine for one take. One suggestion is to avoid panning things 100% left or right... hard on the ears. 80-90% still gives the illusion of single channel but it \"softens up\" the effect.

i recorded both tracks were in stereo, hmm something happ.
i'm using cubase and it's confusing as hell, especially final mixdown.
and then it sometimes, does what it wants when it wants! ya know lol
they worth the money?
what all does the composer do as I was thinking the T19?? mic pre would be my first venture
that sounds really good for a first take!! great sound from that patch and great mix...and you sure do have some chops there!
It's also a compressor and gate limiter, I don't really need the gate limiter and I use minimal compression, but it does what I want it to and that is to warm up the mix a little. Is it worth the money, well i paid 130 new and i think it was, not really that expensive of a piece and it did warm up my mix the way i wanted, no colouring that I can tell, it's completley sterile so I can use the GNX3000 amps and cabs and it sounds nice. I need something to record at night and the other units (Xtl,GT-8) just weren't cutting it as far as amp sim goes, i'm sure there are better preamps but i'm on a budget, so was it worth it, yea!
I just bought the supermodels pack, i'll have to see how that goes, i downloaded one from that guy and that was his patch, so i figure what the hell, gotta be worth it, besides i need the diffrent amp cabs and don't have the time to sit here and tweak all that! lol, I still might pick up a Boss GT-pro, I liked the GT-8 but the lack of software killed it for me! I need ta save them escudas and pesados! lol 8)
also, i actually wanted a peavey tube sweetner, still do actually , but can't find them anywhere! i read good things about those.
