Saw Mister Winter last night. Fantastic show. Johnny is pretty feeble these days, and his skills have deteriorated, but he can still dig down deep, and surprise the hell out of me. His slide work on Highway 61 was scorching on his 63 Firebird. Everything else was played with an Erlwine Lazer. The band is tight and James Montgomery on Harp and Vocals is brilliant. If you get a chance, this is a must see tour from one of the last of the legendary bluesmen.

    But I agree,
    Aint hardly anyone any better and I would have loved to have been there to see him on that firebird tear up \"Highway 61 Revisited\" one more time. 8) 8) 8) ..
