I would go with the Schecter. They are pretty good guitars. I like the sound of them. The ESP's tend to not stay in tune, at least from my experience. That's an annoying thing.

I have a C-1 Hellraiser with EMG81/85 pickups. It's very nice, altough I bought it locally and the guy setup it pretty nice.
