GR-20 with a GNX?
Has anyone tried using the Roland GR-20 synth with a GNX? I think I've decided to get myself a guitar synth for christmas, and Roland is at the top of my list.
The GR-20 allows to line-in an external effects processor, but I was thinking instead to line-in the GR-20 into GNX, and mix using GNX outputs. I'm using FRFR for 1/4\" outputs (to power amp) and XLR to house mixer.
Has anyone had any luck doing something like this? It seems that balancing the synth output with GNX patch level would simplify the issue that some mentioned of synth sound drowning out the guitar sound.
