NO SIGNAL via USB, CANNOT RECORD. HELP!!

ProTracks runs fine, and hands free recording works. But when I try to record, there is no signal, just dead air.Please HELP!!!

Try going into X-Edit then AUDIO SETUP... then wiggle the USB-GNX slider a bit, and then try record.

ok so here's the scoop, I got 16 bit recording to work now but 24 does not.
any suggestions?
