GNX4 USB Drivers

I have a big problem. For some reason i cant install the USB Drivers for protracts plus. When I first put the cd in I had the option to Install the USB drivers but instead i just installed the program. I went back to install the drivers now the option is not even on the menu. I would appresate help from anyone.

    Sometimes install options aren't there because you already have that particular thing installed. It might just be a matter of changing some input/output settings in Pro Tracks.

    Here's my real advice, though. I'm no computer guru. Something you can do that's possibly just as simple as anything anyone who knows what they're doing can tell you is this: uninstall everything and start over! It's a trick I've had to use a time or few :) It seems like work, but when all else fails....
