Attack of the Major Ninths
Brought this particular post over from the old board. Looking for tricks and tips from you recording guys out there. How would you guys have mixed these sounds? I'm so ignorant of the system I just realized, a few days ago that the Bass, midrange, and treble could be brought below a 0 value Just like an eq with nobs. A lot like Mesa's contour.
It's really a good thing to know, when you're playing an ES175 with flat wounds, that the bass can be brought below 0. A lot of bottom end on that axe.
And before I get out of here, Thanks Martintele for your kind remarks, which are at the bottom of this post. Your stuff rocks!!!!

Have been hard at work on the levels for the the above tune. I think I got rid of most of the distortion that was showing up in my previous efforts.
Also the music list has the tune listed as I wanted which was \"Attack of the Major Ninths\" , but when you open the link the file name got changed to \"s.mp3\". I guess everything got chopped but the s because the file name is too long.
Let me know what you think,

Nice fat tone on the rythem guitar. I loved the chord progressions. The disinent stuff was really cool. I've been working at composing stuff like this. No luck so far... Very nice tune!

All of my recordings need cleaning up, but by the time I get back to do it, I'm somewhere else. So I've archived a bunch of \"noodlings\" that need cleaning up.
I put a couple up on member music check'm out, you'll see what I mean. - too lazy I guess.
Keep more like that coming.
