Permanent install - AFS fixed filters saved with preset

In a situation where a PA+ is used in a Permanent install, can the AFS fixed filters be saved within a preset? Or does one have to run the AFS setup routine after power cycling the unit to reset the fixed filters?

Powering down the unit does not reset the filters. I believe that the filters are stored during preset change as well. Easily tested.
