w8 and ZonePRO
hello all,
I am having connection issues with a zonepro 641 and my laptop running w8.
the connection is done via usb-serial cable, and the software "finds" the zonepro on start up, and "resolves" issues with the Address Tool (COM ports are syncd).
However, the system hangs during saving and receiving information, and spontaneuously loses connection. firmware upgrades also give the "unable to find device" message even after being found with the designer.
Has anyone else expereinced similar issues and perhaps know a solution?
