Controller Knob just stopped working.... yesterday
Hello all,
Yes, with no forewarning at all, the controller knob of my 1260 stopped registering any input. However, if i flick with my fingernail the front frame immediately next to the knob, it will work for a few minutes. So I suspect the 'pot' needs cleaning with alcohol. Is this something that I can do myself, or do I need to take it to a service station and have them charge me some big bucks so that they can clean it with alcohol? or what?

Oh, okay abt the rotary encoder. Nope, the unit didn't take a jolt, at all.
