Upgrade to DRPA

I need to send my DriveRack PA to the factory to have a repair made, my question is while it is there are there any firmware updates or anything else I should have them do while it's there? Thought maybe it could be upgraded to the DRPA+ but wasn't sure.

Any help is appreciated.

    That won't happen.. (upgrade to plus) but I'm sure they will put ibn the new chipset that gives you the expanded equipment preset...make sure to at least inquire...no more or new features but more storage and equipment in the list...
