DBX 376 preamp drive (gain) knob not working, any ideas?

Hi all, I bought a used DBX376 tube strip and the drive(gain) knob doesn't work. It does pass signal and is stuck at a set amount of gain which actually works OK! All other functions works perfectly including the digital out.

I looked inside to see if there was anything unplugged but didn't notice anything. Does anyone have any ideas?
