Crossovering

I have (2) 2x15 w/ horn cabs and (2) 1x18 subs. This is new to me so please be gentle. Do I set this as a 2 way crossover or a 3? The horns and the 15(s) are in the same cab. No bi-amping.

Set up as custom passive with sub. That will be a 2x3 or 2x4 depending on if you want the sub mono or stereo.

What would you recommend to get the best sound?

Assuming ( :oops: ) that you don't run your subs above 125hz (most 'round the parts run them somewhere around 90 - 120 hz depending on system) it doesn't matter. Mono allows for bridging the sub amp (again assuming).
