Did I fry my DBX 242 EQ's?

Not too long ago I fired up the powerstrip for my two DBX 242 Para EQ's and noticed that the clip lights on both were blinking and no audio was passing through - did I somehow fry the EQ's? Everything in my home studio is plugged into a power conditioner and I haven't any problems with my other gear...I guess I need to send them to a tech, but I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows what might have happened.

Both units at the same time? thats odd...must have been a transient spike.. I suppose you need to have them checked out...
