xover settings for JBL sr4732a and sr4719a

I need help with the crossover settings for the following setup:

(2) JBL SR4732A
(2) JBL SR4719A

using the following amps:

(2) Yorkville AP 6040 stereo 2000 watts per channel

I have the settings list from JBL

but I don't no how to convert the tunings for my driverack pa. This setup will be used for a DJ system.

Print out the settings sheet. Fold it nicely and then throw it away.
HPF 45hz BW18
LPF 95hz LR24

HPF 97hz (or close) LR24
