New indoor rta method

I have 2 pair of yamaha 15/horn tops. My question is do I place one on the floor and aim at the rta per the description and then do the rta wizard? Do I do this once Or do it for each speaker? From what I'm reading it seems the rta wiz in the PA is not very reliable. Thanks!
