Pin configuration for DB9 to XLR for controlling 260 via GUI
This procedure will require you to cut the supplied null modem cable provided with the unit. I chose centered on the cable. Below is a great visual link

I did not add any mic cable I simply soldered the mic connector directly to the DB9 cable.. pin 2 XLR pin 2 pin DB9, 3 XLR to pin 3 DB9, and shield DB9 to pin 1 XLR...I then add mic cables if necessary but usually just connect direct to the snake where possible.
This configuration will run 250 feet (verified) or more... there is also a post about someone using cat5 as a send receive cable.
