sving settings

Guys, a little help please. I have two DRPAs running two different monitor mixes. I have attempted to save the speaker and amp settings to a custom program using the setup wizard and the save button. I have gone through all the questions in both per the user manual, but when the system is turned off and then restarted the DRPAs and the speaker and amp settings return to the original options. What am I doing wrong?

    once the settings are ready for storing..
    press 'store'
    you will need to answer the question of where you want to store it(which memory location...
    once you have selected the location.. press 'store' again
    you will be asked to name the preset... do so
    press 'store' again..
    the questions will all be asked, all you need to do is answer them and press store button when prompted...

    It talkes 3 presses of the 'store' button to store a preset!
