LCD Question

The LCD screen on my Driverack PA seems to only be clear if I'm viewing it from above looking down. If it's viewed directly at eyelevel or from below, the entire screen turns a bluish color and some extra lines show up. Just wanted to know if this is a sign of a defect or if the screen is set up to be best viewed looking down.

Turns out that it wasn't a problem at all.
It was as simple as going to the utility menu and adjusting the contrast. It looks great now.
