BSS BLU - 101 RS 232 commands

Hi,
I'm after the RS 232 codes for the BSS BLU - 101.
I have to reprogram an Extron controller and i cant seem to find them any where. Ive read the manuals with no luck.

    This is a long question to answer. Best thing to do is to contact your local distributor which is Jands. Alternativley, you can contact BSS throught the Support page on the website.
    If you go to the Application Guides in these User Groups you will find \"Soundweb London Third Party Control\" document which is a great place to start.
