HELP! Firmware Update Broke System

Greetings,

I just updated BLU-100s to latest firmware. The BLU-100 are third-party controlled. I am using the subcribe% command to retrieve new values after making volume changes. After update, the subscribe% command always returns a zero value when sent through the serial port. Live changes made from inside LA return valid values out the serial port as they did before.

Can firmware be rolled back???

Please help if you can! I have a big system down now!

Problem confirmed by BSS today. Version 4 breaks subscribe%. Firmware solution in the works.

For me, I spent Saturday recoding an AMX control system to work around the problem.
