Tablet PC for control?

Anyone used a tablet pc (Acer W500) for control? Any gotcha's before I buy? Need it for a studio monitoring system with the BLU-100.

    Go to TOOLS / APPLICATION PREFERENCES. Turn on \"Optimise for Tablet PC\". It causes LA to ignore rapid up/down/up/down/up/down mouse clicks caused by your finger skidding on the tablet screen.

    Also, if using passwords, turn on the option for the Microsoft On-Screen keyboard.
