Phantom Power static

I am finding that I have a Blu800 with Analog input cards that are not functioning correctly. I find that when the Phantom button is pressed with NO input connected the input meters peak and bounce around for about 5 seconds or more. The peaks are in excess of +20db and occurs accross multiple input cards.

I have reseated the cables into each of the cards.

Can anyone suggest what might be going on?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Nobody on a forum can do anything about that. You should contact tech support.
