Has anyone successfully controlled London with Crestron over ethernet. Any tips on success? I think I can use the same modules and connect to a TCP/IP Client, is this correct?
Yes, just point the NODE to a TCP/IP client instead of an RS232 port and it will work fine.
It is also good practice to tie the \"Connect_FB\" signal from the TCP/IP symbol to the Subscribe Inputs on all the modules. This enables the Crestron to automatically stay in sync when a socket is dropped and reconnected (ie when connect goes high, send out initial subscriptions to get back in sync).
