Turn off takenote overlay with command fom program?

Dose anyone know of a command that will turn off takenote on the touchpanel? I want to use takenote and PCLINKWEB on the same screen on a MVP8400 in my demo board room. Any thoughts wouold be great. I am also using computer control to see the desktop on the TP.

Not sure if there is a command. Maybe this only can be done by a design trick, having the same (Popup) page design one with a TakeNote window and one with just a computer control window.
