Ping Bloacking = No ICSP???

Greetings,

I have a system on a college campus. The college does not allow outside pings, which I beleive is why I cannot do any ICSP communication. Is there any way around this on my end?

Are you trying to connect via studio? If so, there is an option to turn off the ping to verify if th emaster is present.

Of course, then you need to verify that they're not blocking 1319 either...

If its anything like our campus then we block everything.

If you have good connections the IT

maybe they will allow outside connection by 1319, using the v3 master firmware with ICSPS encryption. So if anybody has Studio but doesn't know the User and pass for the secured ICSP, he doesn't get connect to the master.

But - you need really good connections....
