EXB-REL8, BAD START

I'm having a problem with an EXB-REL8 module and I don't know what is.

When connecting the power module, the status of the LEDs act differently
than normal. Does anyone know what can it be done?

Have been trying to reset the module as well as its firmware
without any result.

This module does not respond to commands from the master controller and is not visible on the network. is not possible to update the firmware.
