EXB-REL8, BAD START

I'm having a problem with an EXB-REL8 module and I don't know what is.

When connecting the power module, the status of the LEDs act differently
than normal. Does anyone know what can it be done?

Have been trying to reset the module as well as its firmware
without any result.

This module does not respond to commands from the master controller and is not visible on the network. is not possible to update the firmware.

Actually it is not very old, has only 2 years. Created by AMX to little more than this time. Has no DIP switches, everything is controlled by software via Ethernet, which is also his power PoE.
