NXV-300 is Changing the Device ID

Hi all,
I am using one NXV-300 as virtual touch panel and its always changing the device id from one number to another when I am loading the Touch panel file to this. Please suggest me how to rectify this?

    Naveen,
    Did you set the panel device number to a static number, or have you left it in the 32000 range? The factory default places this device in the dynamic range so as not to step on other panels that may already exist in the system. This number can change upon reboot similar to what you are describing.

    We suggest you enter the panel setup page, telnet, or studio to change the number.
