MIO-R4 date/time set

Is there any way to change clock from the MIO-R4 remote?
The DATE/TIME setting of the setup menu does not have 'set time' button.
It has usual 'get time' button and year/month/day/hour/minute up and down button, but there is no way to save the changed time.
I tried add a custom date/time setup page with a button with port 0 channel 64 'Time:Set Time'.
Still it does not save the changed time.
