Audio Insert/Extract to Unbalanced Audio and Cat6 Shielded with EZRJ-45's

Does anyone have a vendor or product they are using to get Analog Audio from the AIE connectors. Is Liberty Cable or Planet Waves making a special product or connector.

Can anyone share if they have had success using shielded Cat6 with Platinum Tools EZ RJ-45's Shielded. Longest run is about 125 feet.
