Please Help!

I am unclear as to how to determine the index scheme used for:

m_Inputs[TOTAL_COMPONENTS][32]
m_Outputs[TOTAL_COMPONENTS][32]

I understand the 1st index is the port for the Virtual Device,
but how does the 2nd index reference into the DSP Config File?

Does:
m_Output[1][1] - Reference "Master Room"
...
m_Output[1][21] - Reference "Mipro 1"
m_Output[1][22] - Reference "Mipro 2"
m_Output[1][23] - Reference "Mipro 3"
m_Output[1][24] - Reference "Podium"
