AMX Skyline cannot be published

We have this IS-PLAYER-200LM and the corporate pack template. We installed the corporate pack. Somehow, I didn't know when this started, the Skyline templates does not appear when I edit an area playlist. Even when it was excluded from the restriction, and selectable, it doesn't get published.

We need the Skyline templates as it has the RSS feed thingy. What did I do wrong? Is there something that can be done?
