Phast NT Setup Disk(s)

Does anyone have, or know where to obtain a copy of the Phast NT (monaco?) setup disks? I've got a unit that has a bad 10MB DOS SanDisk Flash card. I tried to do a recovery on the card with no success. I know this sucker is several years old, but has support for this line of equipment been completely abandoned? Any help would be appreciated.
