MVP 8400i Set-up mode problem

Can anyone help me how to get into the set up mode on this touch panel please watch this link http://youtu.be/R1Uc3rYGAu4

Before the touch panel is hang up on AMX logo and my colleague send it for a repair and when it came back we found out that the CF version is different from the original ..the one that is installed is 2.84.7 but the original version before is 2.86.50 is there any conflict on the version? please help... i cant able to connect it to the network without entering at the setup mode....is there any other way?

I find it surprising that AMX would send it back from repair with anything but the latest version of the firmware. That's odd all by itself.

But you can force setup mode on an 8400 by powering it completely down ... batteries removed and power unplugged. Then plug it back in while holding your finger in the middle of the screen. Keep holding while it boots up and it will go into setup mode. Mae usre you let go when it does, or it will continue into calibration mode.

If that doesn't work, it's got to go back again.
