Can't Connect to Master on 1319

I can't connect via 1319 from Netlinx on multiple computers, nor can I telnet, was working fine yesterday. However, I can pull up the admin web frontend on port 80. All devices are there, program is running fine, nothing goofy in the diagnostics log. Power cycle and setting PRD doesn't change anything. Can't connect via serial either.

NI-700 running v4 firmware.

Anyone ran across anything like this? This is my dev system and I'm doing some goofy stuff in Java, but nothing that should affect 1319, I wouldn't think.

    If it's just your dev machine then don't worry about diagnostics and do a "reset factory" on it.

    Resetting it should fix everything however if it doesn't here are possibilities...

    I'm guessing Windows firewall got turned on with a Windows automatic update.
    If it still doesn't work then check firewalls and router security.
    Turn off security on the NI, it's possible to disable telnet.
    It's also possible to change the ports used for ICSP and telnet.

    Turns out something was corrupt in the master connection list file. Once I deleted the entries and re-created, everything connected fine. Not sure the cause.
