No Video or Video Adjustments Button on CV12

I have a CV12 that has stopped displaying video. I have a CV7 that works fine on the same connection, so I know its not the breakout box or cable. the setup page does not display the Video Adjustments button, yet the panel information page still recognizes it as a CV12. Very mysterious. Running the latest firmware. Would it make send to back date the firmware load? I am unable to find any old CV12 firmware files in the archives.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In attempting to load a new TP file on the panel, TPD4 will only recognize it as a CA12. Same in the master Show device. Has the video chipset failed to the point where the panel no longer recognizes it. How does one troubleshoot?

The video daughter board has likely gone bad. We have seen lots of them fail.
