DAS-SIRIUS tuner problem

I sold a Matrix Audiom /MRA systm to a friend 5 or 6 years ago. He has now just gotten around to installing the system in his house.

We have a problem with the DAS - Sirius tuner. The MI Series system sees that the card is there but it will not display the Sirius ID so you can activate Sirius.

Has anyone had this problem. The DAS Sirius tuner is now discontinued.

Will it display anything? Try tuning to channel 000 ... on some receivers that will cause the ID to show on the front panel where you usually see the station info.
