Alternative for MET-ECOM

Is there an alternative for MET-ECOM with night vision camera and more features. Cre$tron uses a Barix to convert audio to ip and a video streamer to convert video to ip. The full unit is housed in a Holovision door unit . Has anyone done anything different.
