When I telnet "show system" on my bench NI4k, it shows the following. I need a serial to get RocketGUI - any experience or fixes out there?
-Bill

Yes I have an NI-4000 at AMX being fixed for the very same reason....Sorry no in-field fix...ya gotta send it in. -
I've had this too and I'm pretty sure it was firmware upgrade the caused it.
If the master dies or is upgraded is the RocketGui code transferrable? How can they prove you're not lying if it is? -

I have some RocketGUI code running on my store demo, and I've changed the master a few times. They send you a new tko if you change masters and supply the new s/n. I suppose they trust you aren't ripping them off ... though it's entirely possible it will check in with them and disable itself if it's been "deactivated" on their end.
